   1.      Explain the importance of sending and receiving emails.

-          Receiving news or information without wasting our time and can be saved safely in inbox.

2.      How is attaching documents useful? Can you give examples?

-          Attaching documents is useful it’s because we can send documents as files without mixing it. For example, my dentist from Malaysia attached a document with my teeth photos when I having my braces treatment by email for me to show to the dentist who going to continue my brace treatment.

3.      Why do you think it is important to be able to navigate the internet in today’s world?

-          It is important to be able to navigate the internet in today’s world it’s because our world is getting model and we’re trying to explore technology that can save our times, works, energy, and so on. Other than this, most of the news or information such as discount, prize winning, promotion are probably informing us by email which is one of the navigation of internet.

4.      How is it useful to use social media such as blogs?

-          It is useful to use social media such as blogs. Such as, by a easy way - creating a blog, we can use the blog for business, education, story writing, news updating, sharing expiration and introduction. For example, people can create their own blog for selling cloth by only posting the picture of the product, replying question that customer left at the comment section without going out from the house. This saved both buyer and seller’s time.

5.      Why is it important to be able to upload and download information?

-          It’s important to be able to upload and download information from internet it’s because we can get the information directly from the internet by only download it and it will automatically saved in computer. To be able to upload, we can directly upload the things that we want to share to internet by only a few clicks. It is fast and easy compare to writing it and sending it by letter.
